RIGHTS TO ARTWORK AND IMAGES
All artwork, images, and graphics are the sole property of Jackie Partridge and may not be used by any third party without written permission.
Copying or reproducing artwork created by Jackie Partridge (as seen on www.jackiepartridge.com, or elsewhere) is strictly prohibited without written permission from the artist.
Jackie Partridge retains all rights to all artwork until it has been purchased by a private or public collector at which time the collector receives the right to display the artwork in their home or business.
Jackie Partridge retains all rights to the image of all artwork including the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original art.
Jackie Partridge retains the right to make REPRODUCTIONS OF ANY AND ALL ARTWORK CREATED BY Jackie Partridge UNLESS THE COLLECTOR HAS PURCHASED THE FULL OR PARTIAL RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK in addition to purchasing the original artwork.
If you own an original artwork and would like to discuss purchasing further rights, displaying the work in a public space, or nullify my right to reproduce, please contact jackiepartridgeart@gmail.com
COLLECTORS OF REPRODUCTIONS HAVE THE RIGHT TO DISPLAY THE ARTWORK IN THEIR HOME OR BUSINESS BUT RETAIN NO OTHER RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK.
Any image of the interior which includes the artwork in a 3rd party publication (such as social media, magazine, or book) must come with attribution (artwork title, artists name).
All other uses must be agreed to in advance in writing.

This site isn’t perfect. Nor are we, the studio team or Jackie Partridge. There may be inaccuracies, errors, typographical mistakes, and all sorts of messes on this website and in the studio content in general. We reserve the right to change all of it — the whole website. Every word.
Jackie Partridge shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages caused by this website, squarespace.com, or any third party. If you are not happy with this website, you don’t have to use it.
Children Under Thirteen
Jackie Partridge does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use www.jackiepartridge.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.
SECURITY
Payment information is not retained Jackie Partridge and we take precautions to protect your information during this process. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way through a Payment Processing System (Stripe or Paypal, depending on our preference at checkout).
Returns and Exchanges
Digital Products
There are no returns or exchanges due to the digital nature of the product this includes any PDF or Video product like an Ebook, Workbook, Worksheet, Video Training, Course etc.
Physical Products
Only returns can be done on physical product if you receive a product that is damaged. Please contact me jackiepartridgeart@gmail.com and I will coordinate a return or refund on a physical product with a photograph of the damage. If you would like to cancel an order of a physical product you have 24 hours to receive a full refund.
Services
For any service appointments like coaching or training where you are paying for an hour appointment you will be charged for the hour even if you are late.
If you need to reschedule, please give me 24 hours by contacting me jackiepartridgeart@gmail.com. Failure to reschedule can cause a loss of service with no refund.
You must pay in advance in full to book a coaching service with me. If you would like to cancel your coaching service with me. As long as you give me 24 hours before our meeting time - I am happy to give you a full refund!
